Pergamon seeks dynamic candidates with an interest to be the Business Development Executive.
 

Minimum Requirements

The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements

  1. Diploma in Sales & Marketing or its equivalent
  2.  At least 3 years experience in sales to corporate or high end market
  3. Enthusiastic about sales targets with a demonstrated ability to meet them
  4. A pleasant demeanour with positive attitude towards work
  5. A team player
  6. Good communication and networking skills
  7. Knowledge in preparation of winning sales presentations
  8. Negotiating skills

 

Job Specification

Position: Business Development Executive

Reports To: Business Development Manager

 

The main duties & Responsibilities include:

  1. Lead generation for the company’s products in the market
  2. Organising for pitch meetings with potential customers and demonstration of the company’s products
  3. Preparation of proposals for potential customers to give solutions to their needs
  4. Negotiating proposed solutions with potential customers and closing sales
  5. Account management
  6. Responsible for professional representation of the company including being neat, pleasant  and correctly presenting the company’s solutions to the market
  7. Responsible for the achievement of the product’s target set by the company
  8. Responsible for accurate proposal of solutions to meet customers’ needs including the prices quoted.
  9. Responsible for submitting to the management reports for customers met and the progress made in closing the deals
  10. Responsible for providing the management with market feedback in regards to the company’s product or the competing products
  11. Any other duty which may be assigned by the supervisor or the company’s management.
